So when they approached us to help make its value proposition more understandable, audible, and local for the French market, we took to research sessions and workshops to discover the one thing that remains the same – intent.

The consumer knows what they want, and they don’t need to be told what to do or what to buy. They just need an ecosystem that supports them in their choices. And for that, Google has a unique role to play. As a result, and with intent front of mind, we developed a new strategy to fit this narrative – as well as a new visual language, tagline, and branding elements unveiled to the world at the Think Retail 2022 event.
