We created #OpenToEveryone, a new DEI initiative that heroes inspiring businesses across the country that are challenging the status quo within unequal industries. Our anthem film told the story of Orhan, a bespoke tailors in London crafting unique wedding suits for LGBTQ+ couples. The film received a heartwarming response and resulted in us winning The Drum award for Best D&I Program/Initiative.

With 1 in 7 LGBTQ+ people experiencing discrimination in a shop or department store, there’s never been a more important time for businesses to show their support for the community. And with doors opening post-lockdown, Google tasked us with showing the impact of their new LGBTQ-friendly attribute to help businesses reopen to everyone.

With the campaign encouraging over 100,000 SMBs to activate the attribute on their business profiles (including Starbucks, Vodafone and IKEA), #OpenToEveryone was replicated the following year with a focus on sustainability. #RecyclingHeroes was a winner at The Anthem Awards, and we’re on the lookout for our next project that will help the planet do/smell/look/taste better.
